Highly specialised: maintenance and service

We service elevators regardless of model or maker. All classes require frequent testing, usually on a yearly base. If your class certificate has experied, Lutz Elevators offers preliminary survey of the elevator and accompanies the inspection for you. We comply with the all major classification authorities, such as Lloyd's Register of Shipping, American Bureau of Shipping, Germanischer Lloyd, RINA or Bureau Veritas.

Acceptance examination and inspections are recommended mostly at 2 year intervals and after completion and major repairs or alterations of the installation. Please note that there are statutory requirements of certain National Authorities for the testing of lifts, particularly of passenger lifts.

Only we guarantuee the safety of your equipment serviced by issuing an Original Makers Inspection-Certificate. It is based on our comprehensive Marine Safety Test and is issued only by us or an authorised service partner. Please contact us for detailed information.
