Passenger lifts – group of four on the AIDA diva

Cruise Liners, AIDA Ships

The passenger elevators in the rear stairway were devised as a group of four: every passenger deck has been designed differently and accordingly, there are different exterior views of the lift portals on every floor. Colourful glass door wings (here in an orange tone) give the spatial concept a special touch.

Passenger lift “Body&Soul” AIDA blu

Cruise Liners, AIDA Ships

The AIDAblu was the first ship in the series, for which a special elevator in the over 2,600 m² wellness area was planned. For visitors to the Body&Soul deck, this round hydraulic elevator provides a special connection between the two sweeping levels and stands like a pillar in the stair well. The wooden flooring laid here has been completely aligned to the materials and the round basic form of the elevator shaft and cab. The rounded door wings have been panelled with wood.

Passenger lifts – group of four on the AIDA bella

Cruise Liners, AIDA Ships

The AIDA fleet has its own unique interior lines with new motifs and colour concepts for every single ship. There is a focus on interesting colour combinations and special materials, complemented by lighting effects and details that are different on every deck. On this level, the elevator group’s exterior buttons were set on upwardly sweeping columns. These have been crafted – just as the door portals and shaft doorframe – from smooth stainless steel.
